FREE Estimate Before Repair Starts
For most general repairs and upgrades on PC desktop and laptop computers we charge a flat rate STARTING AT $80 for off-site repairs with pick up and delivery service. On-site repairs at the customer's location are $80 per hour with a 1 HOUR MIMIMUM and each additional hour is billed in quarter hour increments. Our trained technicians will run a thorough diagnostic to give you an accurate FREE estimate.
Data Recovery and Online Backup
Restore Your Important Files
Recovering your important data from a failed hard drive can be an intensive procedure and may require the drive be shipped to a forensics lab for accuracy. This can cost $250 or more and take 5 – 8 business days. To avoid such costly data recovery fees we can set up online backups using IDrive Online Backup, so your data is being remotely backed up securely to eliminate the risks with on-site backups.
Virus, Malware and Spyware
Removal with Results that Count
Virus removal can be a time consuming task depending on the extent of the damage. We charge $80 per hour and each additional hour billed in quarter hour increments. We can remove any Virus, Malware or Spyware and get your PC back up and running to its peak performance. We recommend subscribing to Malwarebytes Premium for $39.99/year that will protect your PC and prevent future virus attacks.
Repair Time
How Long Will it Take?
We complete most on-site repairs within 2-3 hours. Any repairs taking longer than that (actual or estimated), our technicians may request to take your computer back to our shop. Most in-shop repairs will be completed in 24-48 hours. It may be longer if we need to order parts but we will ALWAYS keep you informed of the time to professionally complete the repair.
Cost of Parts
Getting the Right Parts for the Job
Price for replacement parts and shipping costs will be added to the cost of the repair. For the quickest repair possible we keep a limited inventory of parts in stock in our shop. In the event we don't have the correct part(s) needed, we will always try to obtain the parts from local suppliers. There may be situations when the right part will need to be ordered.
