"Frank was here for 1-1/2 hrs. When I couldn’t connect to the internet. Turns out my Norton was corrupted. After analyzing everything for a cause and explaining everything to me he eventually removed the Norton software then reinstalled the latest software to correct the problem! Got to know Frank’s background and how he started his business. If you have any computer problems, Frank is the man!"
